NASA Space Background NASA Experience and Involvement NASA experience has been gained through applications in spacecraft support for both manned and unmanned missions, at Johnson Space Center, Kennedy Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center and Goddard Space Flight Center. Missions including The Gamma Ray Observatory, the Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite, and the Hubble Space Telescope (Shuttle payloads), as well as TOPEX, EUVE, FUSE, SDO, Dawn, GPM and many other ELV-launched spacecraft have offered RS the opportunity to work with and develop NASA system design knowledge and expertise. | ||||

Commercial Space Background Commercial Space Experience and Involvement Commercial space systems such as OrbComm, OrbView 2, as well as communications systems such as IndoStar, B-SAT, NSTAR, PanAmSat and several IntelSat spacecraft have provided a baseline of international commercial space knowledge and expertise. | ||||

Military Background Military Experience and Involvement Military experience includes vintage ICBM support of the Titan II weapon system, Military Multi-Mission Modular Spacecraft and aircraft development support such as that provided for the F/A 18R. Involvement with USAF launch sites (Cape Canaveral AFS and Vandenburg AFB) has provided extensive experience with EWR 127-1 (now AFSPCMAN 91-710) and military hazard reporting procedures. | ||||

Nuclear Power Background U.S. Nuclear Power Plant Experience and Involvement Nuclear Power Plant experience with Calvert Cliffs (MD), Crystal River (FL), Palo Verde (CA), and other plants around the USA, and contracting organizations such as Bechtel, and Babcock and Wilcox have provided a similar knowledge base for support of the nuclear industry. | ||||
